15 years after the Limerick reactors were flooded, the off-grid town of Flare Haven is running out of gas. Its hundred-foot flare the only light for ten miles, is fluttering out.

To keep it alive, a reluctant survivor named "Zone" must lead a small group into the Exclusion Zone that he spent 15 years learning to survive. He knows where to hunt. Where to scavenge. Where the bandits camp. How close to the reactors you can get and still come back.

Zone earned his name. Now he has to earn their future.
